To continue our success, we’re looking for an experienced Creative Director whose talent is as big as our ambition.

First and foremost, we’re looking for an ideas-person. A well-seasoned creative who can come up with compelling, outside-the-box concepts that win pitches – not to mention our clients’ hearts.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a talented group of creatives, growing across the APAC region, and will be working alongside our EMEA and NAM teams to help set the creative direction and strategy for the agency globally, as well as the MOI brand.

Needless to say, we’re looking for a visionary. Someone that’s a strong communicator, with the ability to tell a convincing story. Someone who can present just as confidently to senior clients, as they can to our CEO, and can liaise with our business strategy team as well as our regional customer teams.

  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of creative professionals across dual locations.
  • Assist in setting and communicating the agency’s creative vision, ensuring alignment with overall brand identity and business objectives.
  • Innovate design approaches; stay abreast of trends, technologies and ensure our creative offering stays true to our ethos and maintains a competitive edge.
  • Manage APAC resource and talent to ensure optimal utilisation, cost-effectiveness, and the ability to adapt to client’s specific needs.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team through mentorship, regular reviews, progression, and fostering a sense of belonging.
  • Ensure the highest standards of creative output, which should reflect regional nuances and resonate with intended audiences.
  • Represent the agency’s creative function at a business management level.
  • Report into APAC General Manager (and CEO where relevant).

Creative Delivery:

  • Conceive head-turning ideas and take them from conception right through to delivery.
  • Confidently analyse, challenge, and interpret complex briefs.  Think strategically and translate business objectives into compelling and impactful creative strategies and campaigns.
  • Work closely with other senior creatives to vet and create award-winning work.
  • Confidently present ideas to clients during pitches and calls
  • Foster collaboration with wider teams, including Strategy, Client Services, Experiential, and Growth both in region and across the globe.


  • 8-10 years agency experience, including prior creative leadership and management.
  • Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • A strong portfolio with evidence of diverse clientele and an innovative approach
  • A great eye for detail, with strong creative and design sensibilities
  • A deep understanding of branding, advertising, digital media, and emerging creative trends
  • The ability to articulately present and defend creative work.
  • Great interpersonal skills. Able to communicate and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
