MOI is on the lookout for an Account Executive interested in joining our remote team in North America. In this challenging role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients and be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, while also being responsible for day-to-day project management of marketing and media campaigns from brief to delivery. You will collaborate with internal teams to support and execute strategic marketing plans that meet client objectives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The Account Executive will report to the Senior Account Manager and work with a team of project managers, strategists, creatives and partners. 

Daily Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their goals, objectives, and unique needs.
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and acting as their advocate within the organization.
  • Schedule and facilitate regular client status meetings and prepare/distribute timely recaps, updates and other follow-up activities.

Strategic Planning and Campaign Management:

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to support the development of comprehensive marketing plans aligned with clients' business objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as media, creative, digital, and content on a day-to-day basis to support projects and align with client expectations.
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign process, including project briefing, SOW/budget management, resource allocation, timeline management, and campaign performance analysis.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key insights, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure clients stay ahead in their marketing efforts.

Project Coordination and Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate and manage projects across various teams, including the development, tracking and communication of schedules/roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as designers, copywriters, and digital specialists, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Effectively communicate client requirements, project goals, and feedback to internal teams, ensuring clarity and successful execution.


Essential experience:

  • At least 3+ years’ experience in account/project management or a similar client-facing role in a marketing agency or corporate environment.
  • Proven track record delivering through-the-line campaigns that consist of marketing deliverables such as media campaigns, eBooks, infographics, emails, events, websites, videos etc.
  • Primary understanding of scoping, budgeting, financials, timelines and quality assurance essentials.
  • Ability to ensure that delivery momentum is maintained by solving problems, unblocking issues and managing risks and dependencies so that work is not held up, and communicating any issues to the client in a timely manner
  • Solid experience and understanding of project financial data management and the revenue recognition method of accounting.
  • Confident in liaising directly with clients at all levels, collaborating with account leads to deliver projects, reports, meeting agenda, meeting notes, and other items as needed.
  • Great time management and self-motivation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all departments.
  • Ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team.
  • Strong comfort level working in project management tools
