The leading global multi-specialist B2B agency is searching for an Account Manager to join us in London.

Reporting to MOI's Account Director, you’ll help our tech B2B clients differentiate their proposition, transform their go-to-market approach, and grow their reputation and revenue.

Our blended working policy is built so you can define your own experience. You’ll come into our London HQ in Waterloo at least once a week, and can work flexibility from anywhere the rest of the time—depending on client demands and important meetings.

The role:

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager, with digital experience, to join our growing Client Services team to help lead and grow exciting B2B projects and opportunities and best represent the agency to our client set, and be the voice of the client’s needs and goals back into our talented internal team.

The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The AM needs to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the AM will should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.  

  • Responsibility for the day-to-day management of programs. This includes the ability to deliver a highly proactive, reactive and responsive project and account management service and build close and trusted relationships with our client base 
  • Hands on project management of current and future marketing campaigns (which will include both online and offline mediums), including taking detailed briefs, preparing and presenting proposals, constructing budgets and timelines, attending client meetings and working closely with creative teams, copywriters, printers, and other 3rd party suppliers to ensure projects are executed professionally, on time, and within budget and to client expectation. 
  • Coordination and collaboration across agency departments including media, ABM, creative, digital, strategy and growth.
  • To support the Account Director and Client Service Leads with the daily running of a busy client-facing team.

That’s why it’s vital you’re an Account Manager with a strong personality, a flair for doing things differently, and:

  • 1-2 years experience as an Account Manager, preferably within an integrated marketing agency or within a medium/large marketing team 
  • High level of initiative and proactive nature
  • Sound strategic, implementation and organization skills, attention to detail and the capability to handle multiple projects smoothly and thoroughly 
  • Experience of running digital programs - a clear understanding of the dynamics of on-line communication, digital & social media 
  • Calm under pressure – our working environment gets extremely busy 
  • The ability to be able to work independently when needed, be forward-thinking and use initiative 
  • Confident and proactive with a positive attitude
  • Needs to be an excellent communicator (written and verbal) with high attention to detail, with a strong personality to work well in established client relationships 
  • Self-motivated and driven - they must be committed to what the role entails, can embrace the challenges and be hungry to learn
  • Technology sector marketing knowledge or experience
