We are looking for a proactive, client-focused Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving client satisfaction, campaign success, and long-term partnership growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, combines strong relationship-building skills with strategic thinking, and can confidently coordinate across internal teams to deliver exceptional work.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs, expectations, and objectives are consistently met.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships through clear communication, strategic guidance, and proactive support.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and planning sessions with clients to evaluate performance and identify new opportunities.

Operational & Delivery Excellence

  • Oversee day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of projects and campaigns.
  • Work closely with creative, strategy, media, and operations teams to brief work, manage workflows, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and status reports.
  • Maintain an exceptional standard of quality across all work, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and strategic intent.
  • Monitor scope, resources, and project timelines to ensure delivery within budget and margin targets.
  • Oversee financial documentation including POs, invoicing, and revenue tracking in line with MOI Global's processes.

Account Growth & Strategic Advisory

  • Identify opportunities to expand client engagements through additional services, strategic initiatives, or campaign extensions.
  • Support proposal development, scoping, and budgeting for new work or expansions.
  • Contribute to client retention and long-term revenue growth.
  • Understand client goals, industry trends, and business performance to offer strategic insights and recommendations.

What You Bring

  • 3 – 5 years of agency experience, ideally with exposure to B2B tech clients or complex service-based industries.
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels (e.g., digital, paid media, content, events, CRM, social, creative production).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable interpreting data and performance reports to inform recommendations.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate client or project needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Natural problem solver with the ability to remain composed and decisive under pressure.
