The Role:

You will be working with some of the biggest names in Tech, and a passionate team, on their digital strategy and execution. Ideally you’ll have B2B experience working for an Agency. You’ll also need the ability to manage multiple accounts, be an excellent communicator, and have a hunger to succeed in a fast growing business. A combined proficiency in industry standard tools and a knack for adapting to and navigating across new technologies will go far in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the ROI on all Paid Media Efforts for the company and organization.
  • Strategy development, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ensuring paid media campaigns are planned, executed, managed, pacing, and optimized.
  • Quality Assurance checkpoints are created, and all work is reviewed to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Daily Management and/or oversight of campaigns to ensure expected results are achieved or exceeded.
  • In-platform experience, activation and management will be required for this role
  • Maintain an understanding of modern marketing techniques and a proactive approach to keep pace with a fast-changing industry.
  • Attendance at internal meetings and management of the Paid Media’s team and production.
  • Making recommendations on campaign structures and improvement.
  • Approach projects with a creative perspective and assessment of results.
  • Play an active role in supporting other team members and the growth of the department and company.

Requirements:

  • An understanding and expertise in modern marketing techniques and ongoing education within the discipline of Digital Marketing and Paid Media.
  • 6+ years experience in a B2C or B2B and/or relatable role.
  • Proficiency in managing Enterprise Level Paid Ad Spend Budgets.
  • Experience creating and presenting strategic and insightful reports.
  • Ability and experience managing internal teams and outside vendors (agency partners).
  • Excellent collaboration, leadership, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives effectively.
  • Strong understanding of existing and emerging marketing tactics on social channels, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Salesforce platforms, and relatable mar-tech technologies.
  • Ability to create, establish, and innovate internal processes and procedures.
  • Being detail-oriented and proactively communicative.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, DCM is ideal
